Low carb chicken salad, delicious with broccoli on the side!
- Prep: 10 mins
- Yields: 1 serving
1/2 Cup Chicken
1/4 Tablespoon Dill
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 Celery Stalk
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Shred *cooked* chicken and place into a bowl.
Chop celery and place into the same bowl as shredded chicken, set aside
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt and pepper, and any other herbs you enjoy
Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the shredded chicken bowl, combine them throughly and evenly
Place in the fridge for 1.5-2.5 hours to chill
