Low Carb Pizza

1 1/2 C Mozzarella cheese

3/4 C almond flour

2 Tbsp cream cheese

1 egg

Garlic powder


Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a microwave safe bowl.

Heat for 1 minute.

Remove and stir.

Place back in microwave 30 more seconds.

Beat egg in a separate bowl.

Add the egg and almond flour to the cheese mixture.

Wet hands and spread dough on parchment paper on a baking tray.

Poke holes with a fork.

Sprinkle with garlic powder.

Put in 425 degree oven 8 min

Remove from oven and poke holes if any bubbles cook 10 minutes.

Add any toppings you choose and cook another 8-10 minutes.
