Delicious keto-friendly avocado fries!

Beat your egg in a bowl
In a separate bowl, combine almond meal with salt and cayenne pepper
Halve avocados and remove the pit, peel the skin off of each half, and slice vertically into 4 or 5 pieces per half
Heat a deep pan with sunflower oil to 350 degrees (tip: if you don't have a thermometer wait 8 minutes and then stick a wooden spoon into the oil. If bubbles rise around the spoon, the oil is hot enough to use!)
Coat each piece of the avocado in the beaten egg bowl
Roll the coated avocado in the almond meal mixture until there is little to no green showing
Carefully place the avocado slices into the deep fryer for 45 seconds to 1 minute until light brown (if they are dark brown you have left them in a few seconds too long)
Transfer to a plate with a paper towel to absorb excess oils
