Baked Bacon

Delicious twisted baked bacon, preserving all the flavor; without the mess!

 12 strips of bacon
 1 sprig of rosemary
 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
 1/2 tablespoon powdered garlic
 1/4 tablespoon onion powder
 1/4 tablespoon white pepper
 1/4 tablespoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Line a baking pan with foil

Twist each individual strip of bacon into a spiral

Remove rosemary from sprig and sprinkle to taste on each strip of bacon

Add the rest of the seasonings evenly across all strips

Place in oven for 15 minutes

Remove from oven, flip bacon over, and drain most of the fat into a mason jar (pro tip: you can use the bacon fat for other recipes!)

Place back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes

Remove from oven & let cool
