Gear up for the #olympics with these crispy fried Chicken Wings. Extremely low-carb and guilt free.
Allow your wings to rest to room temperature
Grab a zip lock bag and place your wings in with Franks Redhot
Dump all dry spices into your bag
Gently massage wings in bag, making sure not to break the skin from the wing
Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl (15 seconds medium temp setting)
Slowly mix in melted butter and sesame oil
Place wings in a glass baking dish at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
Remove the baking dish and flip each wing
Bake for an additional 10 minutes
Add olive oil to a wok and bring to high heat
Fry in batches of 4, add 1 wing at a time carefully
Fry for 2 minutes at high heat on each side (use tongs to flip)
