Nut Free 7 Minute Pesto

Super fast 7 minute nut free pesto! Delicious on zoodles, in a casserole, or with fresh mozzarella!

 2 cups fresh basil leaves (packed)
 2 cloves garlic
 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
 2/3 of a cup extra-virgin olive oil
 Salt & Freshly ground black pepper
 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Place basil leaves, garlic, sunflower seeds and combine in a food processor. If you don't have a food processor, add a majority of the olive oil in with the other ingredients and blend (I used my Nutribullet)

Pulse for 30 seconds x 3 times

Add the additional olive oil and pulse for 15-20 seconds

Add salt and freshly ground pepper, as well as parmesan and mix in evenly with a large rubber spoon
