Rosemary Prosciutto Parmesan Crisps

A quick twist to the classic Parmesean crisp... and way cheaper than buying them at the grocery!

 1 1/2 cups Parmesan
 4 pieces Prosciutto
 2 tablespoons Rosemary
 2 tablespoons Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Lay a piece of parchment paper across a baking sheet

Sprinkle Parmesean into 6 even piles

Break up Prosciutto and place evenly across each pile

Grind black pepper to taste on each pile

Sprinkle Rosemary evenly
